Returns & Refunds

Contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery before sending an item back. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when applicable.

Personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, and materially altered items may be ineligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Vintage and antique pieces may show age-related characteristics disclosed on their product page.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing normally takes 5–10 business days after a refund is issued. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
